    I am looking for the program dept key instructions for a Sharp ER-2386S. One fo the dept keys (1-5) adds a tax that I want to remove. I want the dept keys to only charge the amount we enter. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Kristi, Ok that should be easy enough. What you will want to do is turn the key to PGM

    1. Enter 211
    2. Press the . (decimal)
    3. Press the @ button
    4. Press the department key that you want to NOT Chargetax
    5. Press the Cash Button
    6. Turn to REG and test

    That should do it.
