Hi Tina, I’m going to email you the only manual I have for that machine in electronic form. It is the Samsung ER-4915 Pocket Guide, so not a full manual but it does have all the programming. I am looking for a service manual for a Samsung ER 4915 cash register. We need to reprogram some of the keys and one of the functions that should allow us to do so is not working. Can you help?

we are porgramming a 3420m samsung cash register and on the chrage card key funciton it says req. val adn will not let us clear in teh 70 program nmode to set up key functions. We were wondering if there is a way to clear other wise we have to all clear and start all over…Hoping this is not the only way. we do not have it hooked to a credit card terminal or through ta pc at this time We are just tryint to program it to stand alone. Can you help us…

Randy for the 4915 I just posted a pocket guide for it. It has all the programming in it. That is all that was available in PDF for it.
