FREE Cash Register Support and Service during warranty period

We offer free support for any cash register you buy from us during the warranty period (Not available for the three year warranty period models). Our knowledgeable staff can help you find the right program and/or report. Please remember that FREE SUPPORT is not the same as programming or training. The programming of your register is still your responsibility unless you pre-paid for programming. We offer complete custom programming services and if you are interested please ask for a quote.

Support is given on a first come first serve basis and we will make every attempt to answer your questions quickly.

Proof of purchase will be required for any free service or support. Please understand we are not the SAM4s company we are a reseller of SAM4s cash registers.

Even if you did not buy your register from us we are happy to help we just charge for our time. We even offer a flat rate monthly support plan whether you bought your cash register from us or not.
