The SAM4s ER-290 cash register is no longer being produced. It was a very popular cash register for someone that needed a very simple machine. Featured 12 buttons on the keyboard and a single station printer. The ER-290 did not interface to a computer, scanner or credit card payments.

There are many good replacements that you should take a look at like this one SAM4s ER-260EJ replacement for the ER-290 and there are a few others too.
