After a long and successful run new 530FT units are no longer available. However, we do have a limited stock of used refurbished 530F units remaining. The units come with a thirty-day warranty, and we will help you load a backed-up program into it. We do not recommend these units unless you already have some that you are trying to match. If you are just buying your first SAM4s model than please leek at the new models like the SAP-630F instead of this used one.
The SAM4s SPS-530FT cash register is far more than a cash register; it really is a hybrid combining a cash register with a POS system. Just for starters unlike other cash registers this one has a touch screen and a large keyboard. It functions like a simple POS system because the keyboard and the touch screen work in tandem. For example the large keyboard can be used in several different ways. The way it works is simple, lets say you have a button on the keyboard you call "Sandwiches" when a user pushes that button instantly on the screen will appear up to twenty-four menu items from the "Sandwiches" category that the user would just press on the touch screen. This system has the ability to then allow you to force the proper modifiers on menu items, like bread choice, meat temp, cheese type and so much more. Remote Polling Poll by dial-up or Ethernet connection. Companion SAM4s software for your PC, SAM500, supports your application by first polling sales information from individual ECRs, ECR networks or multiple remote locations. In your office SAM500 provides item file management and inventory functions. You can easily add or delete menu items and send new menu screens to your restaurants for daily, weekly or seasonal promotions. The SAM4s SPS-530F has it all!
Time and Attendance A basic time and attendance system provides payroll ready data for your inhouse payroll system or payroll service. You get critical labor reporting, including sales/labor percentage and sales per man-hour. Information is easily accessible by store managers for real time staff management.
