The Programmable Raised Keyboard The ER-925 keyboard is designed for a retail application. Raised keys make entering sales faster and more accurate then other types of keyboards. The raised keyboard works well in conjunction with a bar code scanner as well. If you plan on using bar code scanning this register can have up to 22,000 PLUs

The Single Station Thermal Printer Fast, quiet, thermal printing makes this machine very durable. Drop-in loading makes changing paper very easy and fast. The 920 uses 2.25" Thermal paper which is the most common size available on the market.

Includes Standard RS-232 Communication With the serial ports on the 920 you will be able to connect to different options like kitchen printers, computers, Text Overlay for DVR and many more options. The most common device to connect is a Datacap Twin Tran credit card interface making payments seamless and with far fewer errors. With the Datacap this register can also accept gift cards. If you will be bar code scanning you may find it useful to connect to a PC to make UPC management even easier.

Unlike old school cash registers the 925 has a single printer for receipts but allows an electronic journal to be set up for your audit trail. Warranty periods do not include a loaner unit, however often loaner machines are available at additional expense. If you would like a longer depot warranty period, you may purchase extended depot warranties out to 54 months. You also have the option to upgrade to an overnight exchange and extend the time period. If you select an overnight exchange warranty, we will overnight you a replacement register at our expense as well as paying to ship the broken machine back. You can purchase an Overnight Exchange Warranty out to 5 years. Overnight exchanges do not include Saturday deliveries, so as an example if you request an exchange on a Friday you will receive the replacement on Monday.
