We ship most orders on the same day received. Most orders ship from our Seattle Tacoma area office. Larger items such as Cash Registers, POS terminal, printer and supplies ship via UPS unless otherwise requested. Smaller items like cash register keyboard covers, keys and some parts ship via USPS Priority mail. We will always attempt to ship the most cost effective and quickest way possible depending on your order.
Alaskan orders are shipped several different methods. We ship orders to Alaska frequently via barge from Seattle or Tacoma. Often we ship via Parcel Post or Priority as well. Please contact us at 800-863-2274 so we can determine the best method for you. If you purchase directly on this website shipping to Alaska will be calculated UPS ground.
Canadian Orders are shipped several different ways If we will be shipping to Canada for you smaller items will go UPS Standard to Canada. Larger items can also go any method UPS offers to Canada. Please keep in mind for a cash register or POS terminal we often can ship from a Canadian distributor. You will need to call to arrange this because we will sell you the item in Canadian dollars including taxes.
For Hawaiian orders as much as we would like to deliver in person we ship to Hawaii via USPS Parcel Post in most cases. We can ship to Hawaii UPS and USPS Priority mail as well. Please call us to arrange the best rates and time in transit options.
Of course if you are in the Seattle area we stock most everything we offer in our office located in the Sea-Tac area very near the Airport.
