With a large programmable keyboard The ER-940 was designed for restaurants and can be customized for your menu. We will even provide you with a tool to create and maintain your own custom keyboard templates so you never have to rely on a dealer. This keyboard is large enough to handle a big menu and we have levels as well.

The Two Station Thermal Printer with fast, quiet, thermal printing makes this machine very durable and makes it different from the ER-920. Drop-in loading makes changing paper very easy and fast. The ER-940 uses 2.25" Thermal paper which is the most common size available on the market.

Includes Standard RS-232 Communication With the serial ports on the 940 you will be able to connect to different options like kitchen printers, computers, Text Overlay for DVR and many more options. The most common device to connect is a Datacap Twin Tran credit card interface or the SmartECR making payments seamless and with far fewer errors. With the Datacap or SmartECR this register can also accept gift cards.
